Hello, you need 3GB more RAM. Then buy an HD 7750 1GB GDDR5. It'll play all games at 1080p, but some you'll have to turn down to Medium or Low.

looking at a min 2gig ram my budget is about £40 i know its not alot just something a lil better than what i have at the moment

Ewww not much you can do with that. You can't get more ram (you really need more than 1gb of ram) and a video card for 40, well nothing that will make any game in the last couple years playable.

Could you give us a list of games you want to play and the resolution of your monitor?
