yup your right i am stupid i rubbed it all over.

But right know what i care about is EVGA going to take it for rma?How can they tell i did something with it?

I am not that stupid i know they can catch on fire i know how to overclock.
 
I once shorted my VGA while measuring something with the multimeter (the PC was on). But i found that the only thing that got burned was a track on the PCB. So i filled it up with silver repair ink and its working fine since then! You could also try soldering the missing track. If one of the chips is fried though, then its FUBAR.
