What Intel Motherboard will fits Q8200 ddr3?

This is my first time posting. I recently building a gaming computer. I bought the list of items to be put together except the GTX260 V-card which I am still waiting due to no stock here in all retail store. So this is some of the core items:

1) ASUS P5P43TD Pro ATX LGA775 DDR3 1PCI-E16 2PCI-E1 3PCI Sound GBLAN Motherboard

2) INTEL CORE 2 QUAD CORE PROCESSOR LGA775 2.33GBZ YORKFIELD 1333FSB 4MB RETAIL BOX

3) G SKILL F3-12800CL9D-46BNQ PC3-12800 4GB 2X2GB DDR3-1600 CL9-9-9-24 240PIN DUAL CHANNEL MEMORY KIT (the sale guy said DDR3 is discontinued, so he pointed me for th ddr3)

4) OCZ Z-SERIES 650 W 80 Silver Certified 24 PIN AT X 12 V Afc POWER SUPPLY W / 120 MM FAN

Do you know any intel mother board goes with q8200 and ddr3? Does it matter what mother board goes with the CPU? Would my ASUS board fits with no problem?

i dont see why the motherboard wouldnt fit with q8200 since it has its requirements

But i thought with an intel board goes with the same company cpu would become smoother. Is this right?

I am looking into 2-3 years of gaming. I just read some threads, and I might probably squeezed out a few more out of my wallet. I wont go into I7 or Q9550 since I wont be mutiltasking and out of my budget. Should I go with the I5 or Q9400?

My Q8200 is $158.99. As I am aiming into Diablo3, starcraft 2, 1943...Is Q8200 enough for 2-3 years
