Do you have Blindwrite Suite installed? This entry shows up in Device Manager
if this software is installed. It also installs a Patin Couffin driver.

Do you have Blindwrite Suite installed? This provides a VSO Devices entry in
Device Manager and installs a Patin Couffin driver as well.

VSO device pcouffin

VSO is a french company that makes a cd/dvd low level engine named patin-couffin.
this device driver is for example installed whith DVDFab.
