I have a Dell computer that I just bought. It came installed with a Intel(R) G33/G31 Express Chipset Family. I bought a NVIDIA GeForce 6200 and installed that myself. I then disabled the factory Intel 33/31 Chipset Family and I can't really tell the difference between the two. Is the factory G33/31 a higher quality than the NVIDIA GeForce 6200? Please someone help. I payed a good chunk of change for the NVIDIA 6200 and already installed it into my computer. I hope it is a higher quality than the Intel(R) G33/G31 Express Chipset Family. Thank You so Much!!!!

Could you explain what you mean by quality? Both are evenly matched in terms of max resolution, so if this is for office work/web browsing, both will suit your needs.
IMO, I'd use the integrated video to save the extra expansion slot (and lower noise if the card has a fan).
If gaming performance is what your looking for, both will score nearly equally poorly, as they are NOT meant/designed for gaming.

What we in the forums need is you to specify what you are planing to do with the computer that you just bought. Also if you want a video card it is a good idea to include the wattage of your PSU.

Man, I bought my 6200 256mb 1 year ago and it cost me only US$ 40. But anyway, for light gaming 6200 is enough, just dont expect something fancy though...6200 is already use shader 3.0, so if you see a game that said "need VGA that fully support Directx 9.0c", that means your VGA could run it...mostly...

WOW...you payed 62$ for that  well it serves you damn right for being like every other freaking moron who doesn't research or look at a damn benchmarks before they think ewww that must be a good graphics card :sarcastic:

This poor guy came to this forum for advice not abuse!
The 6200 card is an acceptable entry level gpu. If its doing what you want it to do then it's a good card, i got one in a sony laptop & another in my car pc. Both do what i need them to do

we have the same problem.. my pc is dell too and we have the same specs.. i just want to ask if my computer can run NBA 2k10? i dont care if i will change the video settings to low..i just want to play..to all gamers pls reply..thank you..

NOPE! YOU CAN'T AND YOU WON'T, YOUR G33/31 IS BUILT IN INTO YOUR MOBO, GET A BETTER ONE, JUST TELL YOUR PC'S SPECS (MOBO) WHEN YOU WANT TO BUY A BETTER GPU CARD...(if you know how to install it)... :non:
