I was think of buying a new card but im wondering if i should.

Crossfire my amd 7870 or get a gtx 970?

Get the 970. Or wait a few days for AMDs 3xx series.

The OC versions of the 970 perform better than the 2 7870's in crossfire. You are looking at ~7-10fps increase (Depending on the game)
