What is causing this video problem?

Colors seem to leak shadows horizontally on my screen.
As I type a shade extends from the words horizontally to the side of the screen as seen in the screenshot.
I have removed the overclock and the problem remains. Is a component about to go Boom from being overclocked?

Damn. I am on a different computer and its not coming up on this computer, even in the screenshot. Now I am stumped!
