[SOLVED] What is causing this weird issue?

It's only showing on the monitors (all 3) and its only when they are plugged in to my desktop. It appears in the same spot on all of them and on web browsers / some programs. See Image:

The problem may relate to the GPU, try other GPU if you have an extra one.

I do not have a spare gpu :/ any other suggestions? Thanks for the reply!

Does your PC have the onboard iGPU? If it does, try it.
