I have an Aorus RTX 3080 xtreme which I recently water cooled with Phanteks Glacier GPU block. I am running this with an i9-9900k (nothing is overclocked) using a 360mm and a 240mm radiator. In heavy gaming loads (AAA titles at 1440p) I can see GPU temperatures reach as high as 57 -58C and CPU temps as a high as 73C (although they normally run around the low to mid 60s). My question is whether these are in line with what you should expect for this kind of set up or should I be seeing lower temperatures. It is worth noting that the GPU power draw on this card can go up to 360Watts which I think may be a reason for seeing slightly higher thermals.

Once the loop is at temperature, that seems reasonable for the GPU.

50C when the loop is cold, 55-60C once saturated and depending on ambient temperature.

Typical for an Nvidia GPU to hit 83C and throttle, and even very high end air-cooled cards regularly hang out in the 70s. Usually every ten degrees is another boost bin, so you should be seeing quite high clock speeds out of the GPU.

I've got a water-cooled 3080ti, and under max load, mine tops out around 60C.

I've 3080ti FE with Alphacool waterblock and 3x360mm rads in a loop. 25ºC in the room.

Idle: 28-30ºC
Load: Playing 1440p 60-80 fps // 43ºC
1440p 120-200 fps // 45-47ºC

Water temp: 32-34ºC

Comparing cooling solutions and temps with different cards only lends to what is possible, not what it probable.

For instance, my mITX has 2x 240mm rads, 1 is 20mm, the other 30mm with a ddc 3.2 pump and I generally see @ 66-67°C cpu and gpu when saturated, 90w on the cpu and 230w on gpu under bench loads. There's just too many variables, everything from block design to case airflow, case temps and ambient temps, rad dimensions and design, fan capabilities, pump head pressure, loop volume and flow, restrictions etc toake any meaningful comparisons.

Op's temps are good, that's all that really matters.
