What is constantly bumping my CPU load in a regular interval?

Hey there guys

Up front, can You recommend me some good software, for CPU load analysis? I tried those built to Windows, but they're not sufficent. E.g. aren't showing me the current application load times over time, spikes, etc. that I could analyse.

Secondly, is it normal for Windows to spike the CPU(s)/threads all the time?

Have you tried the resource manager? It gives a lot more info than Task Manager.

Tried that, it still doesn't show me which app is making the spikes, or which event :/.

Explore Resource Manager more.

Overview and CPU in particular.

Remember that you can click the column headers/titles to sort the data.

Then also remember Performance Monitor. Bit more complicated and cumbersome but likely to be worth the effort to identify the culprit.
