Can someone pls tell what Cpu access hole for because i really want to buy this case for my atx mobo

It's actually the 'motherboard cutout' - to enable you to change the CPU cooler. Its a hole in the motherboard support panel that allows you to change the CPU cooler mount without having to remove the motherboard.

It's indicated right there in the screenshot. The actual hole is the one through which we can see the motherboard's back, and the portion to be cut out is indicated in reddish violet(on the left of the hole).
