in what aspect? to me both cards doing the same thing which is to render your game.

Some games will play better on AMD cards some will play better on Nvidia cards. For each AMD card, there is a comparable Nvidia card as in performance and price. There are many things at play here as in monitor resolution, budget, game, PSU specs, all other system specs. If you are in the market for a new card, list all your system specs and the games you play with a budget and the fine folks here will recommend you a card that will best suit your needs for Nvidia and AMD. It's an ongoing battle.

They have many graphic card reviews. Of course it is impossible to benchmark every single game every released so they and other sites tends to use a sample size of around 12 - 18 games in general.
