What is going on with my PC?

When i try to load up a Youtube video it just sits there. I see the first frame of the video and it dosent start. The videos is loaded all the way and it dosent let me start the video. Also when i try to start up teamspeak or Origin to play BF4 it dosent respond! I restarted my pc and nothing!!!!! Please help me.

could be a driver issue with your card try reinstalling your drivers
