Question What is i7 4790's peak power consumption?

i'm living in SEA and right now doing research on building low budget pc, i chose i7 4790 as my cpu. while doing my research i haven't come across i7 4790's peak power consumption as reviews i read only shows system's total power consumption and not i7 4790's power consumption itself.

Pmax has 4 possible values for, read more deeply than I did. Page 103.

2013PCG A,B,C,D variants. 83W for A to 153W for D, this value is allowed for 10ms before dropping to PL2

PL1 and PL2, page 84

PL1 = 1 x TDP
PL2 = 1.25 x TDP

Call TDP 90W
PL2 = 112W (plus or minus a watt or 2)
