[SOLVED] What is led pin and does any h410 motherboard have it?

I was going to buy a MSI h410m pro vh motherboard and a Chiptronix Viper RGB mid tower but apparently to turn on the lights of the case, we have to run a wire from the case to the led header. What is it and does any h410 or a budget b460 motherboard have it?

I think that is likely to be an rgb header and a few H410 motherboards appear to have that but I am not sure if the budget ones do.
I don't think the MSI h410m pro vh motherboard does, i looked on its spec list but may have missed it.
Gigabyte H410M S2H appears to support rgb fans
Asrock B460M Steel Legend supports rgb
