Question What is SATA RAID/AHCI Driver and do i NEED to install it?

You just need to install the chipset drivers for your motherboard. You're not going to setup a RAID array now, are you?
I did already install chipset, lan and audio drivers. I don't know what RAID array is , I don't think I've ever done that.

The only thing is in BIOS boot order settings windows boot image is ahead of my system HDD, I don't know if that's how it's supposed to be. I thought that had something to do with SATA Raid/ AHCI drivers

What's tripping you up is the header says "AHCI." What that means is if there were any AHCI drivers to be had, they would be listed there. But there aren't any, only RAID drivers.

Used to be, sometimes you got better performance using Intel or AMD AHCI drivers than Microsoft's, and sometimes Microsoft's ended up being better or more stable. However for some time now they've decided that Microsoft's driver is really good enough (and it should be as they helped develop it) so the standard driver is all you get. So don't go installing strange drivers.

If you have only one HDD, you are not using RAID and don't need those drivers.
