[SOLVED] what is the best case for MAXIMUM AIRFLOW possible 200$ budget at most

What is the best case for MAXIMUM airflow. I dont care about size as long as it is at least medium or full tower. But I just want the max possible airflow case max price would be 200 bucks would prefer lower i got plenty of fans but pre included fans would be nice

Perhaps the Phanteks Enthoo Pro. I have one and it's been good and has lots of vents, (front, back, top and bottom). It comes with some fans preinstalled. The window is also optional if you want a plain case.

what graphics card do you use in it and does it keep it cool? also would not having the windows make temperatures significantly better with that case?

I'm using the NVIDIA GeForce 2070 Super GPU and a Ryzen 9 3900X CPU, temperatures on both have always been well within acceptable limits. No I don't believe the windows have any affect on temperatures in either direction, I was just mentioning it as an option.
