What is your budget? What games are you playing? That cpu can handle cards like the 1060, 1070, 1070ti, rtx 2060, etc.

Go with an rx 580 if you want AMD or go with a gtx 1060ti for Nvidia

the R3/1200/2200/3200 are all going to at least partially limit any GPU above a GTX1050...; 4c/4t CPUs should be nobody's choice for assembling gaming rigs these days, as all often have issues with maintaining adequate minimum FPS in newer games, many of which do much better on 6c/6t CPUs, or better yet...6c/12T CPUs like the ... (intels 8c/8t 9700K also does very darn well, so, clearly 8 real cores are more than adequate too


However, that does not mean don't get a good GPU, as you can then get a good CPU for (R5-2600) for only $120 or so...
