What is the best graphics card I can upgrade to?

My computers manufacturer is Amit my processer is Dual Core CPU E5200 @ 2.50 GHz 2.49 GHz Installed Memory 4.00 ( usable 3.00 ) 32 bit Graphics card is now Radeon 3400

You can upgrade to any card you want, you just need to make sure you have a powerful enough power supply. It also has to fit in your case, and your budget is a factor, too.

Thank you for your quick response to my question. What I am trying to do is be able to play Secret World when it comes out. It says you have to have at leasta 350 series Graphics card to run it and mine is only 3400 and I am wondering if I can upgrade so I can run the game

oops I meant a 3850 series graphics card

Your CPU scores about 1730 (Passmark) and my old X2-4800+ scored about 1300.

I remember that I used about 80% of my CPU to run an HD3870 graphics card which is very low end now.

I suggest this card:
HD6670

(or similar. whatever's available. make sure the Power Supply can handle it.)

I would imagine your CPU will still be a bottleneck but this card should be under $100.
