What is the best motherboard

Hi, I'm going to get an Intel i5-4690k cpu and a Radeon R9 270X gpu. i was wondering what the best motherboard would be for those cpu's and gpu's that is pretty cheap.

PS: this is my first gaming computer that i will have built and i want the computer to be able to play ACU and other newer games

The budget is the large point here.
First thing that comes to mind is the ASUS Z97-A.
