I currently have:

Asus i 590 AM2 MOBO / BIOS: (1204 Gini Master v3) / (1207)
(Overclocked 3.5 to 3.8GHz @ 36'C)

Antec 900 (3x 120mm / 1x 200mm case fans)

H80iv2 Corsair Liquid Cooler

OCZ nVidia SLI READY EDITION ram
PC2 6400 / DDR 800 (4x 2Gig (8 Gig))
(overclocked to 1066)

2x EVGA GTX 950 SC (SLI)

EVGA NEX650G (Currently Installed)
EVGA 1000GQ (Shipped)

2TB WD Black 7200 harddrive

Windows 10 Professional Edition

Asus Crosshaie 1: https://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/CROSSHAIR/specifications/
ASUS Crosshair 2: https://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/CROSSHAIR_II_FORMULA/specifications/

What motherboard can I upgrade to get the fullest potential out of my CPU and GPUs? I perfer Asus Crosshair 2 AM2+ motherbaord unless what you recomend is better than the ASUS Crosshair 2 AM2+.
I wanted the ASUS Crosshair 2 AM2+ but no one is selling theirs at a fair price.

The reason for upgrading my motherboard is CPU bottle necking due to motherbaord limitations:

AM2 Crosshair 1 FSB : 2000/1600 M/Ts
AM2+ Crosshair 2 FSB : 5600 M/Ts

The reason for upgrading my motherboard is "G"PUs bottle necking due to motherbaord limitations:

AM2 SLI: 1 x PCIe x16 slot with NVIDIA® SLI™ technology support, at full x16, x16 speed
AM2+ SLI : 3 x PCIe 2.0 x16 support NVIDIA SLI Tech @ dual x16 or 3-way@x8, x8, x 8

keep in mind this is a 125w-140w processor. I need a AM2 + "PLUS" motherboard.

Thanks,
Jake

Solution
Motherboards you linked do not support Phenom II (two) processors. Only MBs with AM3(+) do.
If you are willing to switch to DDR3, AM3 motherboards are made much better and provide better performance.
