If you want the best possible brand that would be SeaSonic, hands down, as they make all their own stuff. However, as they are an OEM they also make PSUs for a lot of resellers so you could be buying a rebranded PSU made by them without knowing it...and a lot of times they will sell it for a lower cost than it's SeaSonic equivalent because they don't have the name brand behind it.

And yes this rig could easily be powered by a good sub-500W unit but going 600W would give you more headroom for potential upgrades.

But any SeaSonic, S12II or the modular M12II version, SS or X series unit is guaranteed awesome. I personally have the M12 series

That recommended list is outdated.
A quality modern PSU has full range active PFC (no little voltage switch) and some level of 80+ certification for efficiency. Seasonic, Antec, Corsair, XFX, and Enermax/LEPA are among the better brands. OCZ is hit or miss, but the 500W ModXStream is decent. Coolermaster is mostly a notch or two above junk. Anything by Logisys, Apevia, Diablotek, or with "max" in its name (other than Enermax) IS junk.
Once again, your system would be happy with the 380W Earthwatts. If you have no GPU upgrade plans (beyond a HD6850), that's all you need to run reliably and efficiently for years. If you anticipate an upgrade, a 500W model would be a better long term choice.

You don't have large power needs but frankly, most stuff below 650 is a waste of time and money. I'd recommend a XFX Core Edition 650 or Corsair TX650 V2.....I'd take whichever one is cheaper on buy day but if they cost the same, I'd take the XFX.

Beware the Recommended list linked above.... not only is it old, it's also for the most part "bass-ackwards"

For example, Channelwell makes most of Corsair's PSU's not Seasonic .... And most of Antec's PSU's are made by Seasonic to Delta makes the the very best ones, and their low power units made by channelwell.
