So, I am using dell Optiplex 7020 Case tower with its default motherboard and Core i5 4590, And 8 GB RAM, the motherboard has a 4 pin cable socket and 8 pin cable socket, It has a 300W power supply and I should upgrade to a 500W power supply so that I could use the Radeon RX 570 8 GB that I have bought, So please tell me which Power supply I should buy without replacing my motherboard?

You should be able to use an adapter and use any PSU you want. https://www.amazon.com/COMeap-Adapter-Optiplex-Precision-12-inch/dp/B06XGWRTHC

Also, it's better to get a good quality 450W PSU than a poor quality 500W PSU.

This is the cheapest PSU I would recommend. Either would work with your system.
Power Supply: Corsair - CX (2017) 450 W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($41.99 @ Corsair)
Power Supply: Corsair - CX (2017) 550 W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($49.99 @ Corsair)
Will both these fit in my case aswell?

It's not 100% guaranteed to work with that adapter. Dell motherboards are proprietary and that's a third-party just trying to make something work. Use at your own risk.
Well, Atleast I know that the default power supply that comes with it was Meant to be used for business or replaced for gaming, Right??!
