Hi, I am a Mac user. We have free apps to remove personal data (especially location, name of the owner) from photo files before posting on the internet. Are there such software for Windows 10?

IrfanView can do this during a Batch Conversion. Strip off all EXIF info.

This is a pic from my daughters wedding last year. (this is some other person, not my dau...)
Pic with EXIF info: (click that button and it shows whatever exif the camera saves)

In the Batch conversion setting/Options, you can Deselect the exif info, etc:

Resulting pic after the batch conversion, there is no Exif...the data, and even the button, no longer exists:
