what is the best value ATX z97 MOBO?

I'm currently building a new pc and i picked the intel i7 4790k
but i got confused while choosing the MOBO there is a lots of options with varying prices ,, i need a good suggestion which includes these features in a reasonable price
- good audio quality i was looking for the g1 sniper from gigabyte it has a creative sound core audio but it doesn't have bluetooth and wifi and fan headers
- at least 5 (4 bin ) fan headers
-bluetooth and wifi ac
-sata express
any suggestions ?

With all included the Asus Z97-Pro (Wi-Fi ac) meets your needs and is a great mobo, their Z97-A and Z97 Pro Gamer both have SATA Express and could pick up a USB adapter for wireless and bluetooth
