What is the better cpu

I am gonna build a new pc with the geforce gtx 1050 ti but i dont know what cpu i should pick the
AMD Athlon X4 860K
OR
Intel core i3-6100
Now im thinking about the intel one how much fps will i run on gta5 with the amd one and how much with the intel one ?

I would always buy Intel for a proper computer build.

The i3 6100 will beat the AMD processor in anything you do, easily

The comparison with the X4 860k is an unfair one, as the i3-6100 cost $40 more.
I would easily recommend you the newer Core i3-7100. Whereas the Core i3-6100 operated at up to 3.7 GHz, the -7100’s base frequency is 3.9 GHz. Plus you get a more modern platform.

Any modern i3 is better then a amd that isnt an 8 core (not apu)
