Question What is the difference between CL 19 and CL 19-19-19 in ram?

I want to purchase a ram stick, I am not sure of my current installed rams CAS Latency, but i know its got 19 as the first number. Online i found two ram sticks, one says CL19 and the other says CL 19-19-19. Dont know which to pick. Please help

Run cpuz and look under memory tab. There is your memory speed and timings.
Had a look, little confused about what these other timing values mean. It still doesn't really clear my original question. Can you have a look please.

Your ram there is 19 19 19 43 or CL 19. 1330 single data rate times 2 = 2666MHz double data rate (DDR).

Any ram you buy, match those four numbers, speed and voltage.
Ok great, that clears stuff. But here's the thing. I am looking at this RAM stick: ADATA Premier 2666 Mhz SO-DIMM DDR4 8 GB (Dual Channel) Laptop SDRAM (AD4S266638G19-R).
According to its specs, everything checks out. Its got that same CL 19-19-19 config, but i could not find anything regarding that final tRAS 43 cycle time. Checked all over the net. So you reckon the tRAS is standard or should i worry about it?
