What is the difference between DirectX 11.1 and 11.2?

I am looking at two graphics cards and I am not sure if it is worth it to by a graphics card with 11.1 when the other has 11.2. The one with 11.1 also supports OpenGL 4.3.
The first graphics card is Nvidia: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 660 2GB PhysX CUDA
And the other one is Radeon: ASUS Radeon R7 260X 2GB GDDR5
I am not sure which one I should buy, I play games like Battlefield and waiting for Titanfall.
Which one should I buy?

There are currently *no* games out that utilize DirectX 11.2, and any that will still be up to the developer to implement the new features that come with it or just stick with basic DX 11.1. Since 11.2 is restricted to Windows 8.1 only, and there are a large number of gamers still using Windows 7, I'd say you are more than safe still buying a DX11.1 card. Both cards are good for the money for playing either of those games.

[Quick Edit]
That being said - since the Mantle drivers are about to drop for the AMD side, you *might* squeeze some extra performance out of the R7 260X, but, I wouldn't bet on a whole lot. I'm an NVIDIA user myself, so I can say for sure the 660 will run things pretty well still, but it is a year-old card. the GTX 760 would be the natural successor to it.
