What is the difference between this two motherboard? (B85M vs H97)

I want to build a new Gaming PC, but I can't decide between these two motherboard for an
I5 4460 processor:

Gigabyte GA-B85M-D3H-A or Asrock H97M PRO4

The Asrock H97M PRO4 seems to be the better, but what is the difference?
