What is the optimal card for virtual games? (GTX1070, 1080, 1080 Ti)

What settings can I put a GTX1070, 1080 or 1080 Ti (Titan XP) in the Project Cars and Assetto Corsa with Oculus Cv1 or Vive?

Will there be enough for these races oculus GTX1070 OC hold out at 90 fps and high settings?
