what is the problem with win2k and my comp?

well ok i have bought an msi k7t turbo and an athlon 1200 i have 3 dimms 2 128mb and one 64 all at 133mhz.when i try to install windows 2k when copying files t stops saying it cant copy this and that file and so the prosses stops. if i leave one 128 dimm on it instals normally but when i reinsert them the system becomes very unstable saying that iexplorer coused a problem and all that staff BUT the thing is that on my old computer with the same dimms it works fine!!(ald m/b asus cuv4x piii 800) im frustrated please help!!
 
I get errors like that when I'm overclocked too far. Some memory modules (only generic here) are imcompatible with certain motherboard/chipsets. That's about the only things I can come up with.
 
I was having the same problem, and tried that golden memory tester.. it was my memory causing so many "cannot copy file" errors, etc... Just ordered some Crucial memory to replace the Atlas Precision memory that I had.. Thanks mdartic for that addy.... I highly suggest that the originator of this post try different memory.. I pulled out my hair for weeks trying to get things to work.. and it just took 10 seconds to swap out the memory...
