Question What is the source of this problem

I was recently playing pc building simulator and all of a sudden the computer turns itself off and turns itself back on. I checked the temperature for the motherboard 49C
Video Card temperature 54C CPU temperature is 49C.

Here is my rig:
Motherboard: msi Z370 Gaming Pro Carbon AC
CPU: Intel i7 8700k
Memory: Corsair Vengeance RGB DDR4 16GB
Video Card: EVGA Geforce RTX 2080 TI 11GB
m2 ssd 512 Samsung evo 970

But you haven't listed your PSU in the specs, so how can we know?

my bad sorry about my power supply is corsair tx850m 850 watt power supply

That is a decent PSU, so it probably isn't that.
Disconnect everything apart from
CPU, 1 ram, and boot drive;
plug monitor into motherboard
Play and do what you normally do just with less of it
