Understood.is it best to stick to my 23H2 (no issues)?
I'm yet on 23H2 and haven't updated the OS since I was told that updates are available. The saying goes, if it ain't broke, don't fix it. It's why I'm in a holding pattern with regards to migrating to 24H2. I've been reading on some anomalies though it's not entirely wide spread.
Goes without saying, always make sure you've backed up your mission critical data in case things do go sideways and you might need to revert to your prior version (using system restore).
Both of my Win 11 systems, Home and Pro, are on 24H2.I just made myself a new USB with , hopefully the latest version of Windows 11 Home 64-bit, (probably 24H2 or newer).
Is it safe to install the newer version with a format and clean install anytime soon, or is it best to stick to my 23H2 (no issues)?
Same. Multiple systems. Zero issues. Both of my Win 11 systems, Home and Pro, are on 24H2.
Zero issues.
The "kernel 41" is not the issue.Thank you...
Any way I'm struggling with pc crashing issue, all the while I wanted to purchase new games and do a reformat and fresh install...and I should be planning an upgrade... but I can't get passed this gaming pc crashing critical kernel 41 issue.. ah man!
Really like to find the culprit before doing anything else.
Yes that's the one and I have one here: https://forums.tomshardware.com/threads/re-build-my-extreme-gaming-capable-pc.3868334/ all related to the same goal of getting my pc back into gaming mode. The "kernel 41" is not the issue.
That is simply the system saying "I unexpectedly shut down. I do not know why. Human...please fix me."
