Hi!

My PC is crash often. MAybe 10 or 15 times a day. I have to reset it every time. I always look at the Event Log and there is one error that has the red triangel with an x in it. It says:

The service (CDPUserSvc_2eedf) terminated with the following error:
Unspecified error

What is CDPUserSvc_2eedf? I can't find it on the internet.
Can someone help me with this?

CDPUserSvc_3e64b is svchost.exe -k UnistackSvcGroup. Looking at that with Process Explorer, under the Services tab of the Properties of that process;

OneSyncSvc_3e64b Sync Host_3e64b

This service synchronizes mail, contacts, calendar and various other user data.
Mail and other application dependent on this functionality will not work
properly when this service is not running.

PimIndexMaintenanceSvc_3e64b Contact Data_3e64b

Indexes contact date for fast contact searching. If you stop or disable this
service, contacts might be missing from you search results.

UnistoreSvc_3e64b User Data Storage_3e64b

Handles storage of structed user data, including contact info, calendars,
messages and other content. If you stop or disable this...

UserDataSvc_3e64b User Data Access_3e64b

Provides apps with access to structured user data, including contact info,
calendars, messages and other content. If you stop of disable this service,

Also has a https connection MS server, so looking it is OneDrive \ contacts related. Properly could do with some finishing touches on the service...

That isn't going to cause PC to crash though, most event viewer errors are harmless and self correcting. If PC is restarting, thats not windows causing it unless you get BSOD. Restarts are normally hardware or maybe heat.

reading your link, I would get PC looked at as pretty sure CPU being pulled out when you replaced fan might have damaged the CPU itself. Best get it looked at by professionals

It's part of Connected Devices Platform Service.
CDP Service itself says: This service is used for Connected Devices and Universal Glass scenarios.
The files are all c:\windows\system32\cdp*.dll:
cdp.dll
cdprt.dll
cdpusersvc.dll
cdprefernce.exe
Slightly more about that here: http://www.tenforums.com/general-support/58863-connected-devices-platform-service-what-does-do.html
I recommend reading the reference to the ZDNet Article on "Project Rome" in the link above.
If you use "strings" on the cdpusersvc.dll you will find references to Universal Glass and a few other backend bits.
