I'm not lossing anything here.. yes .. I paid $ for the chip, however .. with me either not getting my monies back .. or sending the chip to Intel .. either way .. I'm making out here.

I was informed from one of my calls to Intel that if I was able to obtain the chip back (in which I did :lol: ) .. Intel would replace it .. replacing it with what, I don't know .. although the chip was suppose to be a Core 2 Extreme X6800 .. damn, if Intel equals that or betters it and give me a Quad-Core .. I really don't care (I know .. I'm lying there, would perfer the Quad :lol: ).

So as you can see .. even though I paid for the chip and didn't really get what I paid for .. by me contacting Intel about this .. I'm getting the chip (or better) that was purchased.

I'll leave it up to Intel what they send me .. but believe me .. I'll drop a few hints here and there 😛

hahaha...sounds like my story about my 7900gtx..doa..from ebay...lifetime warranty from xfx claiming we will replace it with equal or better card and i was sooooooooooooooooooo happy i thought i was going to get a 8800gtx and then the day they got back to me..they said...we are sorry but we can do nuthing with you card because the stock cooler is not installed on this card!!!!!!!! you have no idea how pissed i was!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
