[SOLVED] What is this graphics card?

I was building a PC, and was VERY hard-pressed on budget. I went on eBay, and saw one of those likely-scam GPUs, and took the chance anyways. It was listed as a 'GTX 1060 5GB' from China, and was unbranded, for $72. I have a picture of the name and model of the GPU, could somebody identify this (not very high quality picture).

It is probably someone trying to run a scam. They do not even get the basic facts right.

I've seen reviews where that 5GB 1060 is legit.

For that price is assume not, but it's worth a look.

The 5GB GTX GPU's are a "Chinese market only".
Unlikely you'll get an assistance if it dies, or possibly even no good driver for it.
