Hey there guys,
Thought about upgrading my PC and doing so with my first salary which is 600$. (I live in Eastern Europe haha, don't worry, I can scavenge for food and water)

Here's my current setup:
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7700 CPU @ 3.60GHz -> The piece I want to change
RAM: 4 Corsair Vengeance, DDR4 3200 MHZ, 32 GB of RAM total.
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 6600 XT
Motherboard: ASUS PRIME Q270M-C

Now I know I need to apparently change my motherboard too, and my CPU, but just wanna confirm and get some recommendations.
I'm not in a particular hurry to upgrade (Could do one year with these components still), but Helldivers 2, the next DOOM game and some other games are starting to give me some trouble.

Thanks !

$600 and Eastern Europe don't exactly go hand in hand, since the currency is different, not to mention how brands and parts availability can and will change due to region.

Motherboard: ASUS PRIME Q270M-C
Are you working with an Asus prebuilt? If not, please list the specs to your build like so:

include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.
