Hi can someone please help me out since i am unable to find out the name of this black clip-type thing that is holding the power cord from the back of the woofer case.. i have attached the images for reference with red circles:

Strain relief. It prevents the components from being damaged if the cord is yanked.

The technical name for a thing like that is a "grommet", they can be used for several functions, strain relief and also to waterproof cable entrance points, etc...
