[SOLVED] What is this weird thing i see when i power on my pc?

I've had this happen a few times on my old setup (ECS h81h3-m4, i7-4770, 2x4gb 1333mhz ddr3), and i thought this happened cause of some issue with my motherboard or something but since i upgraded these to MSI b550m Pro-Vdh (WiFi), 5600x and 2x8gb 3600mhz ddr4, it started to happen everytime on boot now, i have no idea what this is and idk how to even search this
(ive kept the rest of my setup the same, RX 580 8Gb, samsung 850 evo 500gb, sandisk plus 480gb, CV650)

ah thanks, shoulda guessed it was related to gpu bios

I have looked into vbios flashing and this is too advanced for me haha, should i just run in csm compatibility? and is this gonna cause any problems whatsoever?
And is it worth updating the vbios for me
