my PC have 2 DDR3 ram slot... I have 2GB+2GB ram sticks.. i downloaded RAMMon softwere to Get Details About ram.. its say slot 1 is DDR3-1333 &Slot 2 DDR3-384..... what is DDR3-384?? 2nd slot ram capacity is 1069547520 lol.. i cant understand.. help me friends.. Slot 1 brand -Elpida

Try CPU-Z, then go to SPD tab.

Bro i installed cpuz.. but its only say ram size.. i want to know my ram Speed.. 1333 or 1066.. plz help me

In CPU-Z, if you go to SPD Tab, you 'll find there "Max Bandwidth" which would be like 666 or 667mhz in a parenthesis for a 1333 mhz of ram (you have to double the true frequency as they advertise it the double of it, DDR=double data rate)
