after gaming for about an hour or so, my decently beefy gaming PC (i7-8700k, 5700xt) either blue screens or both of my monitors go black but not off and sometimes just flicker back on and I can only fix it by restarting. After I restart there is always this one app open called cm-blackhawk and I cant open it as if it is just a background app. Also, sometimes during games, when I am playing on any setting i will have stuttering where my frame rate will drop from 144 to like 30 for a second every 30 seconds or so. I have the latest amd drivers and the latest windows installed. All my temps are normal and even if I reduce load these issues still happen.
I even tried to do a full factory reset and that even errored out.
