Question What kind of defective subpixel does my monitor have

I initially thought it was a stuck green subpixel until I took some close-up shots.

This is a black screen and shows that the green subpixel is lit up

This picture specifically shows that the subpixel is not fully lit up.

This is a white screen. The stuck green subpixel is barely lit up so it shows pink.

Here are images of what it looks like on a Red and Blue screen along with the images I showed above.

What kind of defective pixel is this and can I fix it?
