What LAN driver to download?

For my new build in the mail, my MOBO is a MSI 970. On their driver portion of the site, there are 2 separate LAN drivers.

Can anyone distinguish the difference?

What is just the driver and it looks like one has a utility or something like that, download whichever you want it won't matter

The 1st LAN drive will need to be installed manually, the 2nd one I assume is automatic.
