What motherboard to get?

I am looking at 2 motherboards right now for my build:

What one should I choose? they are both around the same price.

I'd get the Gigabyte, 4 slots for RAM and the B250 motherboards should support the newer Kabylake CPU's without having to do a BIOS update (for the most part) if you where to upgrade the CPU.
