What motherboard would you recomned?

I am goign to be using an amd athlon x3 435 or amd athlon x4 635 for the cpu and a gt240 graphics card, along with about 2gb of ram. It is going to be a computer for my girlfriend she just wants something that will boot up fast and load basic programs fast and internet. so nothing special. I just need some suggestions on the motherboard. I guess it would be nice to have ddr3 option availbable but not a must of course. and maybe usb 3.0 if possible.

Here is a good basic motherboard, that should fit your needs or you can look for something cheaper??
