Question What part to upgrade in PC due to game textures loading slowly

Hello,

Recently for some unknow reason my PC has been taking ages to load in textures in games, I have tried everything to fix this issue contacted multiple customer supports for my components but they assure me that there is no fault in the components.
Therefore I would like some suggestions on components to upgrade in my pc.

Specs:
i5-7400
ASUS GTX 1060-6GB OC
8GB DDR4
500W PSU
1TB Seagate Barracuda HD
