what parts can i modern up to?

I know i have older parts in my computer but i wanna know what parts i that are decent enough and won't break the bank. my psu is at 500w while my cpu is an AMD fx 4300 quad core and graphics is an amd r7 240.

The motherboard, or baseboard, is from gigabyte technology but there is no model information on it, just says not available
