2x16GB DDR5 Kingston Fury Beast rated 6000mhz CL36

To make it a short story, my last mobo died, i've been troubleshooting no-post for days, received DoAs, finally ended up with working components. I suffer from general anxiety, and now just looking at my computer case makes me fear it will shut down and no-post.

The DDR5 i bought is rated 6000mhz CL36, EXPO certified. It is also on my motherboard memory compatibility list. When i enable EXPO, i instantly get glitches (Screen freeze on BIOS when saving, monitor lose input for a few seconds every 20ish seconds as soon as i boot into windows, mouse stop working (have to unplug and plug it back to make it work again). So i disabled EXPO and just set it to 6000mhz, no glitches at all. However, CPU-Z tells me my timings are 48-48-48-96.

Since i'm really fed up with computer issue and troubleshooting, i was wondering what kind of performance i would lose by leaving the latency at 48 ? Would it be enough for me to notice the difference beside benchmark numbers ?
