Question What program is showing this FPS overlay?

this FPS overlay suddenly appeared one day, does anyone know what program it is?

Doesn't look like any OSD I've ever seen...
Typically you won't get min/max/average without manually selecting them any many OSD programs.

Just a guess, as I don't play RocketLeague.... but is there perhaps an in-game OSD/Frame counter that you may have triggered with a hotkey?

Searched best game monitoring software and came across an image which appears to look similar. Think it's Nzxt cam.

It does look very similar, and the Ave/Min/Max looks right.

Yours looks oddly formatted though - look at your numbers and then FPS, or your range usage followed by "GB", they're in different fonts. That's not present in that video....

Saying that though, if it's Cam, then inconsistencies are to be expected.
