I am planning on building a pc that runs smoothly not really a gaming pc and since it is my first build I don't want it to break cause of a PSU. I have settled on
650W Antec NE650M, 12cm fan/Semi-Modular/80PLUS Bronze
635W Raidmax Vortex RX-635AP-V, 80PLUS Bronze
500W Raidmax Vortex RX-500AF-V 80PLUS BRONZE
I will take any recommendations into consideration.

Thank you for reading.

If you can get one, a Corsair CX550m, or Vengeance series 550m, would be far better choices, quality wise. SSD really should be at least a 240gb, and the HDD a 7200rpm. 128gb will fill up too fast, even with just Windows, and SSD's should not be run near their capacity limitation.

Personally, none of those are all that great. If those are your only options, the Antec. Raidmax is junk. That Antec isn't great, either, but better. What are the system's specs?
GeForce GTX1650 ZOTAC GAMING SUPER 4GB
AMD AM4 Ryzen 3 1200, 3.1GHz BOX
ASRock AM4 B450M-HDV R4.0
SSD M.2 128GB
HDD 3.5" SATA3 5400 2TB
DIMM DDR4 2x4GB 3200MHz
I live in Serbia and I have a budget so my component choices are limited.
